- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Written solicitation is attached. Description of Work: Develop short-term translation and interpretation courses for four language combinations to include Arabic-English, Chinese-English, Korean- English, and Spanish-English. Each of these combinations needs to be taught from English to the target language as well as from the target language to English. Provide a translation and interpretation practicum course for superior-level Arabic speakers. The development of an online translation and interpretation users manual. Provide classroom instruction of each course. Develop a formal Certification Examination for Interpretation.
