- Description
- The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has a requirement for custodial, recycling and snow removal services to provide a safe, healthy, and high-quality work environment for the employees of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. OPM intends to issue a non-competitive award that will result in a contract that will serve as a follow-on contract to the existing contract for these services. The contract will be awarded to the Ari-Tech/Tri-Arch Joint Adventure for one month beginning October 1, 2008, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Items. The authority for this award is FAR 13.106(b). OPM is in the process of conducting a competitive procurement for this requirement. The purpose of this non-competitive award is to ensure the continuity of services until the new contract is awarded.
