- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q-08-T-0059 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 04-25. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811212. The Government is requesting quotes on Rental of Copier (3 each) with Option Year 1 and Option Year 2 with specifications as follows: 3,000 sheet Stapler/Stacker; Supply Maintenance Plan that includes all supplies and service for 10,000 total copies per month; 9,000 black and incidental color, 1,000 color. Vendor will specify the overage charged for black, incidental, color, and general office color per page. (Dealer must be in the Jackson, MS area.) Items are to be delivered to J6-DCSIM, ATTN: John H Green, 1410 Riverside Drive, Jackson, Mississippi 39296.
