- Capital District Contracting Center, 9410 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA, intends to issue a contract by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to Videonext Network Solutions, Inc., 3852 Dulles S CT STE, Chantilly, VA 20151-1033 for the upgrade to the existing video surveillance system to facilitate operations of the Army Research Laboratory Center, Adelphi MD, target tracking algorithms on all cameras, to improve camera coverage, and to provide a larger more useful security command center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511, and the size standard is 23.0M. All interested parties having the ability to furnish these items shall submit a capabilities statement to the Contract Specialist no later than 26 September 2008, 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
