- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, Item Description: Sanitation Pumping Unit to include: Stainless steel tanks with a 400 gallon waste capacity and 200 gallon fresh water capacity, gasoline powered suction pump, 5.5 hp electric start engine, pump with reversible manifold to pressurize waste tank, vacuum pressure relief with built-in pump flush, (2) 2 sight glasses in waste compartment, sight tube on fresh water tank, 3 dump valve with 10 dump house, dump sump, 2 x 30 suction hose with wand, 12v washdown pump, 1 ea; Trailer for sanitation pumping unit to include: 16 ft, two axle, 12,000lb gvwr trailer, electric brakes, 2-5/16 bulldog coupler, and stop, turn, tail, and clearance lights. Items are required within 60 days ARO, and FOB destination is preferred for delivery to Volk Field CRTC/CE, BLDG 331, 100 Independence Drive, Camp Douglas, WI 54618-5001. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W912J2-08-T-3003. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 332420, Size Standard, $7,000,000, applies to this procurement. The provision at FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this solicitation.
