- This Request for Information (RFI) is for Market Research purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal. The Government will not pay for any information provided in response to this RFI. Responses will be at no cost to the Government Summary: Air Education and Training Command (AETC) is responsible for the management and operation of twelve Air Force Bases located in several southern-tier states. HQ AETC Security Forces (SF) is looking at collocating some of their Security Forces assets among one to three bases across the command. The bases have not been determined and future decisions will be made based upon availability of storage/warehouse space and other logistics considerations. HQ AETC SF has a requirement to maintain all of their mobility equipment in a deployable status at all times. HQ AETC SF is looking for cost-effective resources and solutions to save time, improve operations, and reduce labor involved in the management of these assets. This could include services rendered in management of these assets or support available in supplying all materials and data necessary for the collocated management of these assets. Additionally, HQ AETC SF requests logistical expertise in the field of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), warehouse management, and inventory management operations.
