- In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(2), The New Hampshire Army National Guard intends to award a purchase order for Life Support Equipment. Reference number W912TF-08-T-0029 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industries Classification System Code is 315999; Other Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing; Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. All items are listed as or Equal. Please provide quote for identified items or 100% compatible equal items. Quotes are requested for ALL or NONE of the items listed in this solicitation. Item 1: Quantity: 8 PR; Gloves, Ringers Rope w/ gel padded rope control channel, part number: GLO-2100-size. Item 2: Quantity: 6 EA; Litter Sling,4-point, Stainless - Litter Hoisting Sling - Quick Attachment/Detachment from all Stokes-type litters. All stainless steel, including 5/32 inch cable. Color-coded snap hooks w/ retro-reflective tape w/ additional material provided for marking litter frame. Part Number: RBS-S Item 3: Quantity: 6 EA; Litter, Medevac IIA, 2-Piece with Flotation Kit. Part Number: RS-406-F Item 4: Quantity: 6 EA; Splint, Miller Full Body, Military. Spine immobilization board & litter with full military head and body harness. Part Number: RES-0701-00 Item 5: Quantity: 6 EA; Hoist Bumper Light, Reflect Guard. Hook assembly with night/low visibility light operations in Green and Red for use with Goodrich Brand Hoist. Line Pack, 120' of 3/8 inch polypropylene diamond braided rope, one weak-link (400-500 lbs), one 5lb. shot bag, one pair of line handling gloves, and a v-strap for hoisting the Medevac & Stokes-type litters.
