- SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS EZ Pass Service The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting, Philadelphia Office (FISCN) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract, on a sole-source basis, with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority for 11 months E-ZPass service to be used by Government vehicles for official business. Service will cover the entire fleet of the Navy Recruiting District Philadelphia. This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.106-1. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The applicable NAICS Code is 926120 and FSC Code V999 applies. Interested parties may identify their technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information that shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Division.
