- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-08-Q-0663 is being issued as a request for quotes. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. (iv) This requirement is being issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 562991, small business size standard of $7 Million. (v) Commercial Item Description: Clean out sludge tank for Waste Water Pre-Treatment Plant, replace manhole with 6 foot by 6 foot access metal doors, install 16 foot by 18 foot concrete drying bed with a 1 foot retaining wall. Details available on SOW dated 12 September 2008. (vii) Place of delivery: 305 Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group/Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, FOB Point is Destination. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
