- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office Deputy Chief of Staff Army G-4, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6-1(b)(1) Only one is source capable, to Innolog, 1751 Pinnacle Dr. STE 600 McLean Virginia 22102, to provide Information Technology and Information Management and Knowlwdge Management Services Support. This action will result in a Time and Material Contract with a period of performance of five (5) months (28 September 2008 through 28 February 2009). This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
