- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number OIT-74600-09-0006 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 423430 and the size standard is 100 employees. The Bureau of the Public Debt has a requirement for Electronic Workforce (EWF) software maintenance at the Bureau of Public Debt (BPD) in accordance with the attached solicitation document, which contains a listing of the software covered and a description of the support provided under the maintenance agreement. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
