Description

This combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items for Buckley AFB, Colorado, is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FOB is destination. The Government intends to award a Brand Name purchase order for the purchase and installation of bi-directional amplifiers for eleven buildings. This contract will have two line items. Line item 0001 is for Bldg's 606, 830, 1005, 28, 205, 35, 730, 1030, 1301, and 620. Line item 0002 is for Bldg. 909. Contractor shall provide all labor and transportation necessary to deliver and install these amplifiers on eleven buildings on Buckley AFB, CO 80011, Attn; SSgt David Nunes at (720) 847-6005 or Mr. Allan McCormick at (720) 847-5837. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and written copies of this solicitation will not be provided. Quotes are being requested. Solicitation F1K1CC8254AC01 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27 and DCN 20080915. North American Industrial Classification System Code 334220, and size standard of 750 employees applies to the solicitation. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) using FAR Part 13. The Statement of Work (2 pages) and Wage Determination 2005-2081. Rev. 5 dated 05/29/2008 (10 pages) are attached to this notice. The Government intends to make a best value single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government considering best price.
