Description

Amendment 4: The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) is hereby amending the Request for Proposal (RFP) IBM08Q0005 for the construction of the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant, Secondary Treatment to respond to additional RFI questions. 1. Posting of answers to Requests for Information. 2. Provide updated drawings and specifications. Additional solicitation guidance and information is as follows: -- All previous requirements and stipulations are still applicable. -- Revised Drawings and specifications shall be distributed via mail correspondence only. Requests will be expedited. -- The Contractor shall be responsible for organizing the drawings and specification package in the proper order. -- Technical questions shall no longer be accepted.
