Combine Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PC-08-Q-026 and is issued as a Request for Quotation due on October 17, 2008 at 12:00 PM EST. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-26. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423450. This contract is NOT set aside for a small business.
