- Tinker Air Force Base intends to award a 100% Small Business Set-Aside contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, test equipment, parts, consumable, transportation and other incidentals necessary for a lease and maintenance, deliver, set-up and installation on thirty-nine(39) de-ionized water purification systems. All services shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Plan, Appendix A & A2, Safety Specification (Appendix C) and manufacturers specifications. A Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated. The period of performance for the Basic year is 1 Dec 2008 through 30 Nov 2009, with four (4) one-year options. The solicitation issue date is estimated at 15 Oct 2008. Contractor are required to be registered in DOD Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) and On-Line Representation and Certifications (ORCA) prior to award. Contractor can obtain additional CCR registration information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or at http://www.ccr.gov or http://orca.bpn.gov/.
