Description
SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate and award a sole-sourcecontract in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(6) under the Veterans Benefits Act of2003 to AUSGAR Technologies, Inc., 3111 Camino Del Rio N., Suite 925, SanDiego, CA 92108-5729, to provide support in Information ManagementEngineering services, Planning and Engineering services and InitiativeManagement/Support services. Specifically, the contractor shall provideexperimentation planning and execution support services with regard toarchitecture, interface definitions and a risk assessment /recommendedsolutions to the Trident Warrior Program Manager. The services to beprocured require specialized knowledge of the details of the Trident WarriorOperational experiment regarding FORCEnet Sea Trials experiment foradvanced C4ISR. This includes familiarity with the Naval Post Graduate Schoolmethodology for objective development, experiment planning, execution anddata analysis. Additionally, it includes expertise and specialized knowledge inobtaining certification and accreditation approval and installation approvalforboth afloat and ashore experimental C4ISR systems. Demonstrated ability toachieve these approvals in accordance with current Navy and DOD procedures(FRCB, SHIPMAIN, DIACAP, ICR, SABI/TSABI etc.) and within experimenttimeline constraints. Effort will require TS/SCI clearance. Individualsemployedby AUSGAR Technologies, Inc have the corporate knowledge, the experience,and the in-depth expertise necessary to accomplish complex, interdependenttasks needed by TEAM SPAWAR to accomplish this mission.Contract type anticipated has yet to be determined. The total estimated valueis $3M. The FSC Code is R408. The NAICS Code is 541512 with a sizestandard of $25 Million.
