Description
Furnish, install, configure and test complete operational sound system and video/video presentation systems for 2 Panel Courtrooms, 1 En Banc Courtroom, and 1 Judicial Conference Room in the William Kenzo Nakamura Courthouse located in Seattle, WA. Estimated cost range of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) small business size code is 334310. Small business size standard is 750 employees. This is a solicitation for acquisition of commercial items--the purchase and setup/installation of audio and video equipment in accordance with FAR Part 12. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. Solicitation will be issued on or about October 7, 2008. This procurement will be a Best Value Source Selection. Offerors will be required to submit Technical and Price Proposals. Due date for receipt of proposals is approximately October 24, 2008, 2:00pm PDT. Non Mandatory SITE VISIT is scheduled for October 10, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. P.M PDT. Request vendors provide the GSA Contracting Specialist a list of personnel attending site visit no later than 9 October 2008, 3:00 P.M. PDT. Limit of two (2) personnel per vendor for site visit. All questions as a result of the site visit and review of the solicitation documents to include drawings and specifications shall be submitted no later than October 15, 2008. Questions should be submitted in writing via e-mail to dawn.ashton@gsa.gov. GSA will only accept written or faxed requests. Requests for solicitation must include completed and signed Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors. Note: Requests received without the completed form will not be accepted. Written requests may be sent via e-mail to dawn.ashton@gsa.gov or faxed to 253-931-7385. Telephone requests for solicitation package will not be accepted.
