- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code that applies is 722310 and business size is $19.0 Million. This requirement is for dining hall mess attendant services at the 162nd Fighter Wing, 1500 E Valencia Rd, Building 5, Tucson, AZ, 85706. Services are required approximate eight hours per day, two days per month, 12 months per year for a total of 24 days. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to provide supplemental food service personnel on the Arizona Air National Guard Base, 162nd Fighter Wing, 1500 E Valencia Rd, Building 5, Tucson, AZ, 85706. This shall cover the period set forth in the contract, Unit Training Assembly weekends November 2008 through October 2009.
