- Description
- The overall objective of the contract is to sequence environment response genes (ERGs) to identity, genotype, and map common and and rare singe nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). ERGs will be sequenced across a panel of 95 individuals representative of the United States population using DNA from the Coriell Cell repository. Under the contract the Government will acquire re-sequencing equating to the following: Base Contract - 7.5 Gene Equivalents (GEs) - Estimated Cost = $370, 380 Option 1 - Pilot Study of Next Gen Technology - Estimated Cost = $101 927* Option 2 - 7.5. GEs - Estimated Cost = $284,689* Option 3 - 20 GEs - Estimated Cost = $777,914 Option 4 - 20 GEs - Estimated Cost = $787,538 Option 5 - 15 GEs - Estimated Cost = $551,536 * Note - Exercised at time of Award
