- PR IQC 08266009077, solicitation number SPM4A709R0040, NSN 1650-01-172-5023, Filter Assembly, Act, for AH-64-A/D, Helicopter. Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract of an estimated annual demand of 19 each for the base year and 49 each for the four option years. This solicitation is a source control item, the sources are McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (8V613) and Eaton Aeroquip Inc (00624). 120 DARO. The FOB Point is destination, inspection and acceptance is destination. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
