- SITE SHOWING RESCHEDULED! For Changes SEE Location, date and time below. USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Hll County, Texas. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for site preparation; fabrication and installation of timber headwalls; placing of rock riprap armor along stream banks; installing rock chutes in road ditches; and/or removal of debris in natural channels. There are 37 sites requiring work, located in Precincts 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Hill County. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted o/a October 17, 2008.
