- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN DOWNEY, CALIFORNIA STAR #: 6CA0671 **** Revised Delineated Area **** The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 9,943 rentable square feet in Downey, California. The space should yield 9,450 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require two (2) reserved parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North - Telegraph Rd. South - Gardendale St. to 105 Freeway to 605 Freeway to Imperial Hwy East - Bloomfield Ave. West - Paramount Blvd. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 2, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
