- The Salisbury VA Medical Center, Salisbury, North Carolina (Salisbury VAMC) is seeking potential healthcare sources located in its service area to provide inpatient hospital medical and surgical services to eligible beneficiaries for full episodes of care in accordance with the provisions of Public Law 104-262, United States Code (U.S.C.), Title 38, Section 8153, Enhanced Sharing Authority. Salisbury VAMC's Service Area is defined as a 24-county area located in North Carolina's Central Piedmont Region. The 24 county Service Area include: ALEXANDERFORSYTH ALLEGHANYRANDOLPH ASHESTOKES CATAWBAYADKIN GASTONGUILFORD IREDELLANSON LINCOLNCABARRUS SURRYMONTGOMERY WATAUGAROWAN WILKESSTANLY DAVIDSONUNION DAVIEMECKLENBURG Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, supplies, pharmaceuticals, and other services necessary to provide full episodes of care. The NAICS code for this requirement is 622110. Size Standard is $34.5M. This is a sources sought notice only. Responses to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Interested parties should submit the following: name and address of company responding to notice; address of proposed facility; number of beds; firms experience in providing inpatient healthcare services and any other pertinent information which demonstrate firms ability and interest to meet the above requirement.
