Description
This is a notice of our intent to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with no more than three (3) companies that will locate in the State of Kansas to provide and deliver raw subsistence to include a variety of meal kits in accordance with Kansas Army National Guard 14-Day menu to Kansas Army National Guard units throughout the state. The vendor must have the capability to receive payment upon delivery utilizing the Government Purchase Card (GPC). To be eligible for award of a BPA, the company must be a DOD approved source and listed in the Amedd Veterinary List http://vets/amedd.army.mil and have an established warehouse in the State of Kansas, have an appropriate fleet of vehicles to deliver subsistence at the prescribed temperatures, be able to deliver to all areas of the State of Kansas, be able to break case lots, and able to store and deliver a variety of self heating meals and shelf stable meals as authorized and approved by the government. The estimated workload per month is to provide subsistence to an estimated 3300 soldiers. This estimate does not obligate the government to meet this quantity. The government will only establish BPA’s with firms who comply with the above criteria, offer a competitive price, and who the government determines represents a benefit to the government to establish the BPA. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov. This procurement is unrestricted. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. The NAICS code is 424410. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (Feb 2007) applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Feb 2008) applies to this acquisition. Kansas Ave, Topeka, KS 66611 within 30 days of this notice. Proposals will not be accepted after 30 days.
