This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Various increments solicited: from 5 ea to 9 ea; from 10 ea to 24 ea; from 25 ea to 49 ea; from 50 ea to 74 ea. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
