Description

This will be a sole-source acquisition to Rolls-Royce Corporation (CAGE: 63005) since all of the commercial data rights are proprietary. This effort will provide for Rolls-Royce engineering and technical programmatic assistance in establishing a Government Depot repair capability on the AE2100D3 Rolls-Royce commercial engine that is used on the C-130J aircraft. This will be placed on contact FA8504-09-C-0001, with the anticipated award of January 2009. Numbered note 22 applies.
