- This is a Pre Solicitation Notice - Under Statutory Authority 38 U.S.C. 8153 Enhanced Health Care Resources with a Commercial Items format of terms, conditions, and provisions/clauses, Minneapolis VA Medical Center (MVAMC), MN has a requirement for a 0.2 FTE full-time equivalent, Board Certified/Board Eligible Clinical Neurophysiology or equivalent Neurologist with an academic appointment or eligible for an academic appointment to the University of Minnesota to perform Neurology services at the MVAMC. Procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts, and is issued as Unrestricted under NAICS code 621111 with a size standard of 10.0 million. The solicitation will contain requirements for an 11-month base year with two (2) 12-month options to renew. Service will begin November 1, 2008 (or upon date of award) through September 30, 2009 (base year). The RFP will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov. Solicitation should be available on or before October 11, 2008. Offerors are responsible for checking this web site regularly to obtain amendments.
