Description

NEW SOLICITATION # HSCG82-09-B-3WCA03 THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The estimated value of this procurement is between $250,000,00 and $500,000.00. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) code is 237990, Other Heavy & Civil Engineering Construction. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $31.0 million. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number. This project is to provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to replace the existing worn decking surface, replacing, splicing timber piles, replace broken deck joists, removing abandoned utilities (fire pump, electrical), overhauling water supply line and electrical shore-ties, install underground conduits for voice and data, and replace light poles, located at the USCG Cutter Ouachita, Shore Side Detachment (SSD) Chattanooga, TN 37416-2825. The performance period is 90 calendar days. THE BID OPENING DATE IS 10/14/08.
