Description
The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 16,515 rentable square feet in Paramus, New Jersey bounded as follows: North: Oradell Avenue, Ridgewood Avenue, Firehouse Lane; East: Forest Avenue; South: Route 4; West: Route 17. The space should yield between 14,361 to 15,079 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, cancellable by the Government after the fifth year. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities.
