Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies in which the government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Marine Engineering Division located in Seattle, WA intends to acquire the following: qty of 14000 Gallons of Diesel Fuel, for delivery to NOAA Starr Jordan in Guaymas, Mexico. See Numbered Note 1, 100% set-aside to small business concerns. All interested concerns must submit a quotation within fourteen (14) days of the publication date of this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed order will be issued with required delivery date of no later than 0800 a.m., Nov 1, 2008. All responses must be in writing and delivery to fax number (206)527-7513 attention to Maria Mendoza or by email at maria.l.mendoza@noaa.gov on indicated response date in the RFQ.
