Description
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC), Division of Enforcement, has a requirement for a contractor to develop and periodically present a course that trains both new and experienced members of its professional staff in the examination techniques used when taking investigative testimony. The Government intends to award an indefinite delivery/ requirements contract with firm fixed prices. The period of performance for this contract will begin on or about December 1, 2008 and will end November 30, 2009, with potentially four one-year option periods. The places of performance for this contract may include SEC offices located in Washington, DC; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; and Los Angeles, CA. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 with a small business size standard of $7,000,000 or less. This requirement is unrestricted, and only qualified offerors may submit proposals. The solicitation is to be released on or about October 17, 2008. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via this website only. Notifications will not be sent to offerors regarding the issuance of the solicitation or any of its amendments. It is the offeror’s responsibility to check this website periodically for updates. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The solicitation number for this requirement is hereby changed from SECHQ1-08-R-8214 to SECHQ1-09-Q-0019. All vendor questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Takela Morris at morrist@sec.gov, no later than 3:00 PM Eastern time October 24, 2008.
