Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, 102008, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, vehicles, transportation, equipment, supplies, tools, supervision and services necessary to deliver, set up and knockdown rental of tents with water barrels for support, tables & chairs for the 2008 LACKLAND AIRFEST. The following line items will be for this job, please provide the unit price and total price for each line item when submitting the quote: LINE ITEM 0001- 1 each - Tent & Frame for Distinguished Visitors (DV) area, 40' x 100', LINE ITEM 0002- 30 each - Tent & Frame, 10' x 10', LINE ITEM 0003- 14 each - Tent & Frame, 20' x 20', LINE ITEM- 0004 8 each - Tent & Frame, 20 ‘ x 40', LINE ITEM- 0005 - 378 each - Water barrels with white cover, 55 gallon, for tent supports, LINE ITEM- 0006, 470 each - White Sidewalls 8', LINE ITEM- 0007, 10 each - Tables, 60" round, LINE ITEM- 0008 - 10 each - Tables, 30" pedestal (includes table top, base pedestal and pole), LINE ITEM 0009 - 30 each - Tables, 8' x 30', Banquet LINE ITEM 0010 - 1 each - Tent and Frame, 40' x 70', LINE ITEM 0011 - 1000 each - Chairs, white resin with pad, LINE ITEM 0012 - 1000 each - Setup and Knockdown of Chairs, LINE ITEM 0013 - 1 each - Forklift Rental, LINE ITEM 0014 - 1 lot - Delivery and Setup - Thursday hours - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (30 Oct 08) and hours after 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM, and Friday hours after 12:00 PM - 7:00PM (31 Oct 08), LINE ITEM 0015 -- 1 lot - Sunday Pickup (all tents to be dismantled and barrels removed), after 5:00 PM (2 November 2008). LINE ITEM 0016 - 1 lot -- Damage Waiver, and LINE ITEM 0017 -- 8 each - Delivery during hours specified. TABLES & CHAIRS shall be delivered and set up Thursday, 30 October 2008 after 12:00 PM; knockdown/pickup shall be Sunday, 2 November 2008 after 5:00 PM. TENT SETUP SCHEDULE WILL COMMENCE AS FOLLOWS: 30 Oct 2008, Thursday - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - 1 each - 40' x 70' Tent & Frame, 1 each - 40' x 70' Tent & Frame, 2 each - 20' x 40' Tent & Frame, 8 each - 20' x 20', 2 each - 10' x 10'. 30 Oct 2008, Thursday - 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM - 4 each - 20' x 40' Tent & Frame, 3 each - 20' x 20' Tent & Frame, 21 each - 10' x 10' Tent & Frame. 31 Oct 2008, Friday - 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM - 2 each - 20' x 40' Tent & Frame, 3 each - 20' x 20' Tent & Frame and 7 each - 10' x 10' Tent & Frame. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 532299 and the Standard Size is $6.50 million..
