Description
NOTICE OF INTENTSOLICIATION #PR-W33BWP82759015 The US Army Medical Command has a requirement for RALS-Plus Medical Automation System. The Government intends to award a service contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Medical Automation Systems, Inc, 2000 Holiday Drive, and Charlottesville, VA 22901. CLIN # 0001 RALS-Plus Medical Automation System, with Roche Diagnostics and Roche Glucose Module. Additional Licensed components: RALS-Web Brower Based Remote Access; Interfacing: Scripted and ADT, ADT In-Hospital Patient Verification and Total Download Sites. Request Medical Data Automation System Service Contract on government owned medical equipment located at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Medical Supply, and Bldg 300 E. Hospital Road, Fort Gordon, Ga 30905-5000. The Medical Automation Systems Inc wholes the original warranty on there manufactured item. This equipment is only marketed by Medical Automation Systems. They are the company that is certified to provide this computer base program. The RALS-Plus manages the data from multiple vendor devises using the same menus, table and databases. The Management System enables user to view and edit devices and test throughout the RALS-Plus network. There is a Device Management which enable user to select and individual device and view specific information. RALS-Plus enables all test to be recorded on the patients electronic records, optimizing the POC programs efficiency and offering the potential to turn the program from a cost center into a profit center if the institution bills for POCT. RALS system takes test data and transfer Patient ID, Operator ID, Device ID, Test Data and Time, Test Type, Test Value, Units of Measurement, and Comment Codes as needed. It also provides report generation for results flagged, failed and completed in the RALS database and support many interface types. The Medical Automation Systems, Inc is the only vendor that can provide this technology and meets these requirements. Other technology commercial items cannot perform at the same level of service that is required. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide this type of maintenance service must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their services, past performance information, price and site coverage. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
