Description: Services will be performed while the USNS GUADALUPE is located at Pearl Harbor Naval Station, Hawaii. Provide all labor, material and services required to accomplish the repairs contained in the Statement of Work (SOW) with work items contained therein. The work items and their specific attachments are available on the MSC 1102 website. The period of performance for this requirement is to start November 12, 2008 and end November 25, 2008. Telephonic requests for the solicitation resulting from this notice will not be accepted. Only written (fax or email) requests will be accepted; with email the preferred method. Only solicitations from ABR qualified small businesses will be considered. This is a total small business set aside. Bids are to be submitted on, or before. 1300 (pst), 28 October 2008.
