- The work under this project consists drilling a water well at the approximate depth of 3,500 feet, case, develop, log, test and complete a water well. This requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is set-aside 100% for small business. For this acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification System Code is 221310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.5 Million. The Solicitation is tentatively schedule to be available on or around November 12, 2008. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for December 4, 2008. A RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce, and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFQ No. 09SQ600269 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after November 12, 2008 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in CCR to be considered for award of a contract. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. You will need your Duns & Bradstreet Number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if received timely, shall be considered. Quotes may be submitted electronically.
