- The objective of this service is to provide office administrative services consisting of interviewing vehicle owners and or their authorized representatives to determine their eligibility to register and operate their Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) on Fort Rucker AL. The contractor must provide all labor, material, and expertise to operate Fort Rucker Vehicle Facility Access Control Points (ACP) located at Ozark, Enterprise, and Daleville Alabama entrances and the main vehicle registration point is in building 5700. Other locations are in ACP offices. All ACP are within a 4 mile radius of building 5700. The closest is the Daleville entrance which is approximately 200 yards. The contractor shall be responsible for performing all administrative duties in support of this function to ensure only properly identified and eligible personnel are permitted to register privately owned vehicles and gain access to the installation and to perform the vehicle registration function. Contractor personnel shall be proficient in customer service, administrative services and other related processes at stated locations. Contractor personnel must maintain proficiency in all relative processes to effectively implement procedural software and or hardware changes. Fort Rucker uses standard Personal Computer (PC), hardware and commercial applications, specific software to establish and update vehicle registration, files, and databases. The Contractor is required to stay up to date in PC software and databases as changes are made by manufactures and government systems managers.
