- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Pensacola, Florida The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease, using other than full and open competition to Offers for the Office of U. S. Attorneys, 21 E. Garden Street, Pensacola, Florida. The lease will be for 30,774 rentable square feet of fully serviced space for a firm term of ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. It has been determined that a succeeding lease will result in less cost to the federal government when the economics of the cost of relocation including the replacement of furniture, telecommunications, tenant improvements, and above standard alterations are considered. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the government's intent to award this project under Other than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Milagros (Millie) Toro, Contracting Officer, at email address milagros.toro@gsa.gov or to her attention at GSA, Realty Services Division, 400 West Bay Street, Suite 67, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. Any written comments are to be received by the Contracting Officer within ten days of the publication of this notice, October 30, 2008.
