Description

The Joint Contracting Command Afghanistan, Regional Contracting Center, Bagram Airfield, intends to award a sole source contract to Continental Electronics to install one AN/TRQ-44. The contract will include installation, testing, and training to local personnel on operations of the system. See the attached memorandum, dated 21 Oct 08, for the justification. The Government contemplates a firm-fixed price contract. The closing date for this requirement is 26 Oct 08.
