- PURPPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION TO SYNOPSIS IS TO ADD INFORMATION FOR PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on November 6, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Keyport Museum, 1 Garnett Way, Keyport, WA 98345. The building is located just outside the main gate of Keyport. Please note: THERE WILL NOT BE A SITE VISIT UNTIL PHASE II OF THE SOLICITATION.
