- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N68836-09-T-05X2 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Total Set-aside for Small Business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 are applicable to this procurement. Contractor MUST BE REGISTERED IN CCR.http://www.ccr.gov Delivery point: Trident Refit Facility, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA 31547Interested vendors must submit offers no later than 10:00 AM 31 October 2008 in order to be considered.
