- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous, street level office space. Upper floor space with two handicapped accessible elevators to the floor will be considered. The space offered must consist of approximately 2,477 rentable square feet in Fort Pierce, FL. The space should yield 2,154 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. 5 ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬surface parking spaces are required. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:Cedar Place South:Citrus Avenue East:Indian River Drive West:8th Street The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 12, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
