- REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 5,859 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (BOAF) for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. This space must be contiguous. Public transportation, public and commercial parking at reasonable rates, and/or on-site parking shall be available within two blocks of the proposed space. Restricted or metered parking of one hour or less within the two block area of the space does not meet parking requirements. Parking for the disabled shall be located with the same block. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION:Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: North: William Penn Highway (Business Route 22) East: Mosside Blvd (Route 48) from William Penn Highway to Monroeville Blvd South: Monroeville Blvd from Mosside Blvd until it ends West: Mall Circle Drive LEASE TERM: Ten years; five years firm EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted no later than October 3, 2008 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3. Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
