- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, is soliciting proposals for Janitorial Services at the Headquarters Building in TOK, ALASKA. A solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract including one Base Year and four Option Years. The contractor shall perform janitorial services to the Headquarters Building which has approximately 5,592 square feet (3,180 square feet carpeted and 2,112 square feet of linoleum flooring). Duties shall include but are not limited to: carpet, tile, waste removal, vacuuming, dust mop, wet mop, glass cleaning, refilling empty items, kitchen, and bathroom cleaning. The solicitation issue date will be approximately October 22, 2008. The solicitation number is 701819R116. The estimated closing date will be November 6, 2008 at 2:00pm, Alaska Standard Time (AST).
