Description

United States Government Seeks to Lease Office Space Portland ME The United States Government seeks to lease office space in an existing building, consisting of about 10,600 rentable square feet in Portland, Maine, within the following delineated area: Within two(2) blocks of the Gignoux Federal Courthouse at 156 Federal Street. The space should yield about, and no less than, 9181 BOMA usable square feet of first class office space, all of which must be contiguous and on one floor. Three (3) reserved parking spaces on site in a structured facility are required, and at least twenty one (21) public parking spaces must be available, also within the delineated area. The proposed lease is for five (5) years firm, and is to be be fully serviced. The space should be ready for occupancy by October 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and for Handicapped Accessiblity.
