- These specifications cover the production of folded flyers, saddle stitched and perfect bound publications, requiring such operations as electronic prepress, making reproducibles, printing in one to five ink colors (including four-color process plus one additional ink color), binding, packing, mailing and distribution. Quality level II printing and finishing is required. The term of this contract is from date of award to July 31, 2009, plus up to four (4) 12-month extension periods.
