Description

Closing date of RFP SPM8EE-07-R-0014 is extended until October 29, 2008. Item #3 Parts Kit, NSN 3810-01-488-7623 is deleted from RFP. Procurement is being solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a two year base and an option to extend the terms of the contract an additional three years one year at a time. Evaluation factors in accordance with Low Price Technically Acceptable procedures. Delivery will be FOB Destination, customer direct. When the Purchase Order Text describes the required product by name and part number only these products are determined to meet the needs of the government. A vendor bid without exception is a certification that the exact product will be furnished. If not manufactured or supplied by the entities citied in the POT it must be considered an alternate product.
