- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the USA Resources and Programs Agency intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 6.302-1 Only one responsible source, to Sheraton National Hotel 900 South Orme Street Arlington, VA 22204, to host the rmy FOIA-Privacy and Records Management Conference. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of three (3) days 03 through 06, Novenber 2008. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
