- THIS REQUIREMENT IS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The FAA, Eastern Logistics Service Area has a requirement for: Control Wing Mod 4 (Phase 1) project: This project removes asbestos from the west Control Wing 1st floor, attic space and roof. A new roof shall be installed after asbestos has been abated from the interior space. Automation Wing Rehab (Phase 1) project: This project removes asbestos from the Automation Wing 2nd floor, attic and roof. A new roof shall be installed after asbestos has been abated from the interior space. All work to completed in accordance with applicable plans and specifications. Magnitude of construction is between $1.5M and $3.5M. Estimated solicitation mailing date is November 3, 2008. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be addressed in the same manner as when requesting the solicitation package.
