Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 611710, Size Standard $6,000,000.00. Solicitation/Purchase Request number CCAF Advisor is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27 effective 17 Oct 08. The Government intends to award 5 contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001) for Assisstant Education Advisor/Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), CLIN 1001 for option year 1, CLIN 2001 for option year 2, CLIN 3001 for option year 3, ClIN 4001 for option year 4. Please see attachment for Performance Work Statement. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 NOV 2008 TO 31 OCT 2009 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
