Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 16,532 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 14,376 ANSI/BOMA area square feet of contiguous office and related space in West Palm Beach, Florida. Reserved, secured parking is required for 25 government vehicles. Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the rental consideration. The intended use is for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by March 1, 2010. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within the Central Business District of West Palm Beach, within the following boundaries: o North: Banyan Blvd., N Quadrille Blvd. o South: Okeechobee Blvd. o East: N. Flagler Drive o West: N. Tamarind Ave. LEASE TERM: Lease term is ten (10) years with a firm term of five (5) years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for consideration, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, November 7, 2008. Expressions of interest should include building name and address or map coordinates for proposed tract, legal description, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space offered or site plan, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, and contact information for owner or authorized agent.
